    Fred returns, bigger, better and bolder than ever. The nose oozes honeysuckle, apple blossom, and praline. The palate is full and lush. There is honey and spice. A bit of almond and a long silky finish. Pressed directly to barrel, in French oak ranging from 2 years old to 6 years old. There is a small sulphur additional made after racking to the tank. No other adds. Unfined and unfiltered.
