An aromatic nose of green apple, citrus and almond pastry is followed by flavours of lemon biscuit, lime sorbet, green apple and cashew. With a crisp, dry finish this limited release wine has the body and complexity to suit dishes such as truffle Marion Bay chicken breast - or can be enjoyed simply as an aperitif. beautifully balanced with a soft fleshy white fruit undertone.
