    Our whisky is a celebration of the landscape and natural wonders of the South West Region of Victoria.
    Bright Gold in colour, notes of raisin, red berry and fresh malt on the nose. Vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon dance across the palate. Balanced with a caramel sweetness and a light spiced dry finish.
    Single malt using 100% Australian grown Voyager barley malt. Aged for 3 years in toasted ex - shiraz barrels
